Tailor-made and personalised books make perfect, unique gifts for special occasions so turn your art, stories, ideas, photography or memories into beautiful books that will stand out from the crowd.
This bespoke handmade book service offers an alternative to the world of glossy printed books that dominate the market. You can collate and design as much or a little as you want and Michelle Abadie will do the rest.
Commissions, handmade photo albums, hand bound scrapbooks and handmade notebooks are all available to order.
An example of a commission is Nana Lou’s Postcards, which was made on request of Nana Lou’s grandchildren. The postcards were sent to Nana Lou, when she was two years old, from her father whilst he was ‘somewhere in France’ during the First World War. Michelle Abadie scanned the chosen postcards, designed, printed and bound 5 copies for the family and one copy for the Imperial War Museum, London.

These books are beautiful, well-crafted objects in their own right and something to be treasured, particularly in the age of cheap publishing and e-books.
All the books are hand produced.
